With over 30 years in the car industry, Dan McKenna found his passion at Donnelly Automotive Group. As a partner since 1997, he leads Donnelly Ford Lincoln, proud of their status as top retailers of Fords and Lincolns in Ottawa, prioritizing exceptional guest and employee experiences. Beyond work, he relishes family moments and enjoys activities like running, squash, skiing, and golf.

Human Resources Manager

Nova Scotia-born, Ottawa-raised with a Psychology degree from the University of Ottawa, I thrive at Donnelly's since 2009. Passionate about mentoring, I revel in recruiting and onboarding. Despite Covid challenges, HR at Donnelly's emerged stronger. Managing three Dealerships, a Body Shop, a Fleet Centre, and a Wholesale parts Division is my calling. With three years in the automotive industry, Zac has maintained that focus to enhance our guest experience and streamline operations. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration and social responsibility, making a positive impact both within the organization and the community. Zac holds his BA from the University of Waterloo.

After 12 years of advice, I transitioned to sales, selling 10 to 20 cars monthly. As Finance Manager for 5 years, my experience ensures guests trouble-free driving. Outside the dealership, I cherish time with family and friends.

Hello, I'm Tarik, a Finance Manager at Donnelly Ford Lincoln. Born in Kuwait and raised in Dubai, I moved to Canada in 1998. With a finance and insurance background, I joined Donnelly in 2021, drawn by its positive atmosphere and guest focus. Fluent in Arabic and English, I enjoy engaging with guests and collaborating with the sales team. Outside work, I cherish moments with my wife and our children.

With a passion for helping people, this individual joined Donnellys in 1991, starting in car sales and eventually specializing in car loan credit counseling. Their satisfaction comes from seeing guests drive away happy, making a difference in their lives.

Moved from Newfoundland to Ottawa in 2017 with 2 daughters. Background in Business Management and Marketing. Started in the Automotive Industry as Finance and Insurance Manager in 2012 after a career in Economic Development. Joined Donnelly Ford Lincoln in February 2023, delighted to work with a team that cares about the guest experience. Outside work, busy with daughters, 4 fur babies, gardening, and scenic motorcycle rides.

Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, I'm a soccer enthusiast and enjoy family time outside work. Khoshhal mesham dar khedmate hamvatnan aziz basham. In 2000, I moved to Canada from Iran and Turkey. Starting at Donnelly's in 2005 in the parts department, I transitioned to sales in 2010. I enjoy meeting new people daily and prioritize providing guests with updated product information. As a certified Black Sash in Partoa Kung-fu and awarded a DANA 5 from I.K.P.F., I spend spare time coaching.

I was born and raised in Ottawa! I attended St. Pius high school and Carleton University before making my way into the world of sales. An opportunity to work in the auto industry was perfect for someone who has always loved vehicles and has owned 13 different vehicles in my driving life! Outside of work I am an avid sports fan, frequenting Ottawa Senators games and of course the Ottawa Red Blacks games. I love the cottage on the Big Rideau where I swim, canoe and sail.

Raised in Hammond, Ontario, I developed a love for machinery on my uncle's dairy farm. After earning a B.A. in Geography and teaching for a while, I found my true passion in car sales. With 22 years in the industry, I've been a Sales Manager at Donnelly Ford Lincoln since 2006. Every day brings new challenges, and I cherish time with my family at the cottage, enjoying outdoor activities.

My time working as an esthetician and in the airline industry, has taught me the ability to listen to customers and put their needs first. Assisting guests with their cars brings me immense joy. Outside work, I'm a fitness enthusiast, enjoy Italian cuisine, and passionately cheer for the Senators. My grandchildren, despite making me feel old, fill my days with smiles.

Starting as a car washer at Donnelly's, I progressed to a service advisor in the Ford store. In 2020, I became the manager of the Commercial Fleet shop. I find joy in team success and value family time, enjoying activities like biking, fishing, and hockey.

Ottawa native, Barrhaven-raised, I graduated from Mother Theresa High School and completed GM Automotive Service at Algonquin College. After 12 years as a mechanic, including at Donnelly's GM and Ford stores, I became Assistant Service Manager. With 13 years at Donnelly's, I prioritize positive guests and staff interactions. Outside work, I enjoy golf, working out, and time with my two daughters.

Steve Williams

Parts Manager

My passion for a 1968 Mustang led me to Donnelly's. In 1985, buying parts, I inquired about a job and joined the parts department. The car craze continued into my late 20s, but the parts department structure became ingrained, keeping me since. I enjoy the challenge of having the right part at the right time and price. Passion for adventure leads to mountain biking, skiing, and a 1st-degree black belt in Karate. Currently, my passion lies in cross-fit training.

Growing up in Quebec and Ontario, I found my passion for automotive repair during a summer job. After leaving the Air Force in 1987, I pursued this passion and prioritized guest satisfaction. I aim to ensure every guest leaves our shop completely happy. Outside work, I enjoy camping in the bush with my family.

Moved to Ottawa in '91, faced job scarcity after '94 graduation. Inspired by my brother, I joined Ford, making it a fulfilling career. Now Commercial Sales & Leasing Manager, I relish meeting diverse people, matching them with the perfect car. Beyond the product, I strive to make a personal impact. Outside work, I enjoy family snowmobiling, fishing, and golf.

Martir Nolasco, originally from El Salvador, immigrated to Canada at a young age and grew up in Ottawa South. Starting at Donnellys in 2006, he transitioned from IT and dispatch roles to sales, where he enjoys delving into the technology of new vehicles and connecting with diverse customers. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, spending time with his wife, and traveling.

Originally from Toronto I made my way to Ottawa in 1969. With my given name "Lincoln" it was natural that this was business for me. After graduating with degrees in Business & Finance and a postgraduate major in Accounting I joined Donnelly in 1993 as a sales Consultant.My motto is "its customer service that sells the car" because I believe my job is to advise customers on the best way to get the car they want. In my spare time I like to golf, travel, and spend time with my family and friends.

Jamie Falle

Fleet Commercial Sales Consultant

After university and a short hockey stint, I started my career at Jim Donnelly's Beaver Lincoln Mercury. Now 35 years in, over 25 with the Donnelly Family. Grateful for great guests turned friends and fantastic co-workers. Best family with my wife of 35 years, two daughters, and two granddaughters. When not at the store, I'm likely on the golf course chasing the little white ball.
